A successful Businessman always utilizes the best possible way to market his business. The primary intention in marketing is to reach his business to the maximum audience.

The above cartoon,’Holdings on the bad road’, is a classic example of how a business person used a rough road to market his business.

This cartoon is a real incident happened in a busy street in an Indian City. The road was in such a bad condition that it takes almost 15 minutes for a two-wheeler to pass 2 KM. The road condition worsens during the rainy day.  Due to bad condition and increase in vehicle flow, there is enormous traffic every day on this path.

On an average, a car moves at 5 to 10KM per hour on this road. Taking this as an advantage, local business person express their interest in placing their business holdings on both sides of roads. Within a distance of around 3KM, there are more than 20 significant holdings on each side on the road.

Undoubtedly, this rough road and massive traffic are helping as the speed breakers for the vehicles which will make people observe the holdings.

Finally, the business person should thank local Government that never focused on maintaining quality standards while repairing the roads. The poor quality in repairing roads is helping the local business person to market their business.
